MJ Films is the creative home of Mads Jones, a versatile Director of Photography, Editor, and Producer based in Northern NSW. With over a decade of experience across event filmmaking, corporate content and independent documentary, MJ brings a grounded, story-first approach to every project.
After several years of freelancing and directing a Gold Coast X Melbourne based production company, Mads is now reconnecting with the industry; seeking local collaborations, producing roles and editing opportunities. Whether on set or in post, Mads thrives in team environments and brings great energy, clarity and a deep respect for the culture, the process and the people.
Currently open to work on regional / local shoots, documentary projects and branded content with purpose.
